If your item is eligible for return, you may return or exchange your purchased item for up to thirty (30) days after receipt of the item with original tag and in original, unused condition less shipping costs both ways.
To be eligible for a return, all of the following apply:
- Merchandise must be received within the 30-day window.
- Merchandise must be accompanied with the original receipt.
- Merchandise must be in original, unused condition with tags attached. The tag cannot be altered, peeled, cut, removed, etc. in order to be eligible for a refund. (Merchandise that has been altered, set or customized according to the customers request is final sale, no exceptions.)
- Merchandise is not considered a special order.
- Merchandise is not on sale.
- A discount code was not used for the purchase.
- All returns are subject to pre-approval and require a return authorization.
